Overview

The Sales sidebar is organized into six sections. There is no Sales/Marketing tab switcher — that's Enterprise only. Sales users get a single sidebar with everything in one view.

Intel Hub

Buyer Intel Docs

A Buyer Intel doc is a structured research brief on a specific persona — background, priorities, likely objections, what they care about, and how to approach them.

How to generate:

  1. Go to the Intel hub
  2. Select Buyer Intel Docs
  3. Choose a persona
  4. Click Generate

Credit cost: 10 credits. Free if a cached version exists for your persona + product combination.

What's included:

  • Persona background and role context
  • Key priorities and KPIs they're measured on
  • Common objections and how to handle them
  • What a good day looks like for this buyer
  • Recommended approach for first contact

Persona Podcasts

Unlock podcast-style multi-speaker audio for a persona session — a Deep Dive or Messaging Playbook formatted as audio.

Credit cost: 10 credits per audio unlock

Audio is generated using Google Gemini TTS with multiple speaker voices.


Outbound Hub

Trial plan: Outbound is locked on Trial. The hub is visible but contains no sub-items. Upgrade to Sales Starter or Pro to access all three features below.

Messaging Playbook

A full messaging guide for your product — positioning statement, value props by persona, objection responses, and proof points.

How to generate:

  1. Go to the Outbound hub
  2. Select Messaging Playbook
  3. Confirm your product context is set
  4. Click Generate

Credit cost: 7–15 credits (per-section pricing — you pay per section generated, not a flat fee)

Cold Email Sequence

Outbound email sequences tailored to your ICP and product context.

Ask the Buyer

Pre-call buyer coaching — ask anything about your target buyer's mindset, priorities, and likely reactions before a call.

Cold Call Practice

  1. Go to the Simulate hub
  2. Select a persona
  3. Choose Cold Call
  4. Click Start
  5. Open with your cold call opener — the AI responds as the buyer
  6. Handle objections, qualify, and attempt to book a meeting
  7. Review the debrief when the session ends
Tip: Treat it like a real call. Don't self-edit mid-sentence. The more realistic your inputs, the more useful the AI's responses.

Discovery Call Practice

  1. Select a persona
  2. Choose Discovery Call
  3. The AI plays a buyer who has agreed to a first call
  4. Run your discovery framework — the AI responds based on the persona's real priorities
  5. Probe for pain, budget authority, timeline, and decision process
Tip: Use your actual discovery questions. The AI will reveal persona-specific answers that help you anticipate real buyer behavior.

Objection Drill

  1. Choose Objection Drill
  2. The AI opens with a common objection for that persona (e.g., "We're already using X," "The timing isn't right," "Your price is too high")
  3. Handle the objection
  4. The AI escalates or resolves based on your response quality
Tip: Practice the same objection multiple times with different approaches.

Objection Prep List

  1. Choose Objection Prep List
  2. Select a persona
  3. Click Generate
  4. The platform produces a prioritized list of likely objections for that persona + your product

Use the Prep List before live sessions to anticipate what's coming.

Demo Prep

  1. Choose Demo Prep
  2. The AI plays a buyer evaluating your product
  3. Ask qualifying questions before presenting
  4. Present your product — the AI responds as the buyer, asking questions and raising concerns
  5. Handle the Q&A and attempt to advance the deal

Coach Hub

The Coach hub reviews real outreach and call transcripts — giving you structured, scored feedback on your actual work, not a simulation.

Available on: Sales Starter and Pro. Not available on Trial. Credit cost: 2 credits per review.

Four review types:

What you get back

Each review has two layers:

Layer 1 — Skills Scorecard: Each criterion is scored 1–5 with one sentence of direct feedback. Cold call reviews cover 9 criteria. Discovery reviews use the SCOPE framework. LinkedIn DM and cold email reviews each cover 6 criteria.

Layer 2 — Persona Reaction: The AI buyer responds in first person — what shifted their posture, what language landed vs. felt like vendor-speak, what claim they questioned, and whether they'd take the meeting (or reply to the email).

Cold email reviews also include a Cold Email Standards Check — a pass/fail audit against data-backed best practices from 30M+ email studies, covering subject line format, word count, opener quality, banned phrases, CTA type, and more.

After the review

Save to your Dashboard (Coaching Reviews tab), export as Markdown/Word/PDF, or share with your manager (team plan, opt-in).


Create Hub

The Sales Create hub generates three asset types:

Go to Create → select asset type → choose persona → click Generate.

Compete is the competitive analysis tool in the Sales Create hub. Enter one competitor and up to 5 URLs (product page, G2 profile, Capterra page, Reddit threads, blog reviews). The platform searches real customer reviews and produces a persona-aware analysis: strengths, gaps, "What Real Users Say," and competitive bullets. Export as Markdown, Word, or a Competitive Concerns Infographic.


Persona Notes

Each persona has a dedicated Notes panel — track what you're learning about this buyer type, successful approaches, and things to avoid.

How to use:

  1. In any session or document view, find the Notes panel
  2. Type your notes
  3. Click away — notes save automatically
  4. Notes persist across sessions for that persona
Tip: Use notes to build a running playbook for each persona. After 5 sessions, you'll have a pattern library of what works.

Bookmarked Insights

Save any AI response during a session to review later.

Bookmarking a response:

  1. Hover over any AI message during a session
  2. Click the Bookmark icon
  3. Add a label (optional)

Viewing bookmarks:

  1. Go to your profile or the Insights section
  2. Filter by persona or label
  3. Open any bookmark in full-screen view
Tip: Bookmark strong objection responses and use them to build your personal objection handling library.
