Marketing User Guide

Overview

The Marketing sidebar is organized into six sections. There is no Sales/Marketing tab switcher — that's Enterprise only. Marketing users get a single sidebar with everything in one view.

Trial plan: Strategy hub shows GTM Assessment only (Messaging Playbook and Cold Email Sequence are not available). The Ask hub is empty on Trial. Before You Generate Anything: Set Up Product Context

Every content output pulls from your product context. Without it, outputs are generic.

  1. Click your profile icon (top right)
  2. Go to Account Settings → Product Context
  3. Paste your product homepage URL → click Extract
  4. Or type a product description manually
  5. Click Save

Once saved, all generated content reflects your product name, value props, and positioning.


Intel Hub

Buyer Intel Docs

A structured research brief on a specific persona — background, priorities, likely objections, what they care about.

Credit cost: 10 credits (free if cached for your persona + product combination)

  1. Go to the Intel hub → Buyer Intel Docs
  2. Choose a persona → click Generate

Persona Podcasts

Unlock podcast-style multi-speaker audio for a persona session.

Credit cost: 10 credits per audio unlock

Audio is generated using Google Gemini TTS with multiple speaker voices.


Strategy Hub

Trial plan: Only GTM Assessment is available on Trial. Messaging Playbook and Cold Email Sequence require Marketing Starter or Pro.

GTM Assessment

A comprehensive go-to-market analysis — positioning, market fit, messaging strategy, and recommended channels.

How to generate:

  1. Go to the Strategy hub
  2. Select GTM Assessment
  3. Confirm your product context and personas are set
  4. Click Generate

Credit cost: 20 credits (highest-cost feature)

What's included:

  • Current positioning analysis
  • Market fit assessment against your selected personas
  • Messaging strategy recommendations by persona
  • Recommended GTM channels and sequencing
  • Gaps and risks in your current approach
Note: Run this at the start of a campaign or launch cycle — it's a strategic document, not something to regenerate frequently.

Messaging Playbook

A full messaging guide for your product — positioning statement, value props by persona, objection responses, and proof points.

Available on: Marketing Starter and Pro only

How to generate:

  1. Go to the Strategy hub
  2. Select Messaging Playbook
  3. Confirm your product context is set
  4. Click Generate

Credit cost: 7–15 credits (per-section pricing — you pay per section generated)

What's included:

  • Core positioning statement
  • Value props mapped to each of your 3 personas
  • Objection handling by persona
  • Proof points and supporting evidence

Cold Email Sequence

Outbound email sequences tailored to your ICP and product context.

Available on: Marketing Starter and Pro only

How to generate:

  1. Go to the Strategy hub
  2. Select Cold Email Sequence
  3. Choose a target persona
  4. Click Generate

Credit cost: 3 credits (standalone feature)

Ask Hub

Trial plan: The Ask hub is empty on Trial — no sub-features are available. Upgrade to Marketing Starter or Pro to access Ask the Buyer and Ask the Committee.

Marketing users have two Ask sub-features. There is no Ask the Expert in the Marketing plan — that's a Sales-only feature.

Tip: The scorecard is the highest-converting lead magnet format for B2B SaaS. Generate one for your top persona first.

Slide Deck Builder

Available on all Marketing plans including Trial.

  1. Go to the Create hub → Slide Deck Builder
  2. Choose a template (3 options)
  3. Choose a target persona
  4. Click Generate
  5. Download the PPTX file

Credit cost: 5 credits

What's included:

  • 15 slides: title, problem, solution, value props, use cases, social proof, competitive differentiation, pricing overview, CTA
  • Dynamic persona-specific infographic embedded as a slide image
  • Industry-tailored language throughout
Tip: Generate one deck per persona. A CFO deck and a VP Sales deck will have meaningfully different framing even for the same product.

Infographic Builder

Available on all Marketing plans including Trial.

  3. Click Generate
  4. Download or export

Infographics are persona and industry-aware — the visual framing reflects the priorities of your selected buyer type.

Competitive Intel

Available on all Marketing plans including Trial. Enter one competitor and up to 5 URLs for a persona-aware competitive analysis.

Credit cost: 10 credits per analysis
