Getting Started
What is Buyer Intel Accelerator for marketers?
Buyer Intel Accelerator gives marketing teams AI-generated content, competitive research, and buyer intelligence — all tailored to your ICP and product. Generate slide decks, infographics, lead magnets, messaging playbooks, GTM assessments, content studio assets, and podcast-style audio content.
How do I create an account?
Go to getbuyerintel.ai/Simulator/ and sign up with email/password or Google Sign-In.
What do I set up first?
After signing in, add your product context. Paste your product homepage URL and the platform auto-extracts a description — or type one manually. This powers everything: all generated content is personalized to your product and target audience.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Trial plan includes 40 credits with no credit card required.
What's locked on the Marketing Trial?
The Strategy hub shows GTM Assessment only — Messaging Playbook and Cold Email Sequence are not available on Trial. The Ask hub is empty on Trial — both Ask the Buyer and Ask the Committee require Starter or Pro. The Create hub on Trial includes Slide Deck Builder, Infographic Builder, and Competitive Intel — but no Content Studio or Lead Magnets.

What is the Messaging Playbook?
A full messaging document covering your product positioning, value props by persona, and objection responses. Generated based on your product context and selected buyer personas. Costs 7–15 credits depending on which sections you generate (per-section pricing). Available on Marketing Starter and Pro only.
What is the Cold Email Sequence?
A multi-touch outbound email sequence tailored to your ICP and product. Available in the Strategy hub. Costs 3 credits as a standalone feature. Available on Marketing Starter and Pro only.
What lead magnets can I generate?
Four formats available on Marketing Starter and Pro: Cheat Sheet (3 credits), Playbook (5 credits), Scorecard (7 credits), and Benchmark Report (15 credits) — each tailored to your ICP and product.
What are the slide deck options?
Three professional templates, each producing a 15-slide PPTX deck. Slides include dynamic persona and industry infographics with embedded images. Available on all Marketing plans including Trial.
Can I generate audio content?
Yes. Unlock podcast-style multi-speaker audio for a session for 10 credits. Audio is generated using Google Gemini TTS.
What is a GTM Assessment?
An AI-generated go-to-market analysis covering your product's positioning, market fit, and recommended messaging strategy. Available in the Strategy hub. Costs 10 credits. Available on all Marketing plans including Trial.
What is the Content Studio?
A suite of content generators in the Create hub — available on Marketing Starter and Pro only. Generates Ad Copy, Social Posts, Blog Posts, Landing Pages, and One-Pagers. Costs 1–6 credits depending on content type.
Review Hub
What is the Review hub?
Five tools for reviewing and auditing existing marketing content. The Review hub is available on all Marketing plans.
What review tools are available?
- Ad Copy Review — review ad copy against your ICP and positioning
- Language Audit — audit messaging for clarity and buyer resonance
- Credibility Challenge — test your claims; identifies unsupported assertions and weak proof points
- Competitive Reality Check — evaluate your positioning against competitive alternatives
- Content Reviewer — general review for any marketing asset
Credit costs vary by tool and content length.
Buyer Research (Ask Hub)
What are the Ask features?
Marketing users have two Ask sub-features — there is no Ask the Expert for marketing accounts. That's a Sales-only feature.
- Ask the Buyer — pre-call coaching on buyer mindset and likely reactions (2 credits per query)
- Ask the Committee — buying committee deal strategy for a specific account (2 credits per query)
Both require Marketing Starter or Pro. The Ask hub is empty on Trial.
Competitive Intelligence
How does Competitive Intel work?
Enter one competitor and up to 5 URLs (product page, G2 profile, Capterra listing, etc.). The platform searches real customer reviews across G2, Capterra, PeerSpot, Reddit, and technical blogs. Output includes: persona-aware strengths and gaps, "What Real Users Say," competitive bullets, and key differentiators.
How do I export competitive intel?
Three export options: Markdown, Word (.docx), or a Competitive Concerns Infographic.
Can I analyze multiple competitors at once?
Not in a single run. Run one competitor at a time, up to 5 URLs per analysis.

How do credits work?
Every feature uses credits from your monthly balance. Your balance resets each billing period.

Is there a first-month bonus?
Yes. New paid subscribers receive a 50% credit bonus in their first billing month.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your account moves through four states: Active → Warning → Overage → Blocked. The platform allows a small overage buffer (up to 10% of your monthly limit) before hard-blocking. When blocked, features are paused until your balance resets or you upgrade. Enterprise accounts are never blocked.
Troubleshooting
My generated content doesn't reflect my product.
Make sure your Product Context is saved. Go to account settings, add your product URL or description, and save. Regenerate your content — it will now be personalized.
The credit balance isn't visible on some screens.
The credit bar is not yet shown on all views. Your balance is always accurate — check it from your account menu.
Audio isn't playing after I unlocked it.
Refresh the page. If the issue continues, contact support.
