Getting Started
What happens during setup?
After signing in, a simple setup guide will walk you through the process. You can skip most steps — the only required one is selecting your 3 buyer personas. Everything else (your name, product description, target industry, and biggest challenge) can be filled in later or skipped entirely.
What is locked on the Sales Trial plan?
The Outbound hub is present but empty on Trial — Messaging Playbook, Cold Email Sequence, and Lead Magnets are not available. The Ask hub on Trial shows Ask the Expert only — Ask the Buyer and Ask the Committee require Sales Starter or Pro. The Coach hub is locked on Trial — Coaching Reviews require Sales Starter or Pro. All five Simulate session types are available on Trial.
How do I add my product to personalize the sessions?
Go to your account settings and find Product Context. Paste your product homepage URL — the platform will extract a description automatically. Or you can type one manually. Once saved, all sessions and generated content will reflect your product.
What is the Objection Prep List?
A generated list of likely objections for a specific persona and your product. This is a useful tool to review objections before a live session. The cost is 1 credit per generation. Available on all plans including Trial.
Can I take notes during a session?
Yes. Each persona has a dedicated Notes panel. Notes will save automatically when you click away.
Can I save useful responses from a session?
Yes. You can Bookmark any AI response during a session. View all bookmarks filtered by persona or label, any time.
Sales Tools
What is Buyer Intel?
A structured research document on a specific buyer persona including background, priorities, likely objections, and what they care about. The cost is 10 credits. If the platform has generated the same doc recently, it serves from cache at no additional cost.
What is the Compete feature?
In the Sales Create hub, Compete is the competitive analysis tool. Enter a competitor name and up to 5 URLs (their product page, G2 profile, etc.). The platform searches real customer reviews from G2, Capterra, PeerSpot, Reddit, and technical blogs, then produces a persona-aware analysis: strengths, gaps, "What Real Users Say," and competitive bullets. Export as Markdown, Word, or an infographic. The cost is 10 credits per analysis.
What is the Coach hub?
The Coach hub reviews real outreach and call transcripts — giving you structured, scored feedback on your actual work. Paste in a cold call transcript, discovery call transcript, LinkedIn DM, or cold email and get back:
- A skills-based scorecard — each criterion scored 1–5 with one sentence of direct feedback
- A Persona Reaction — the AI buyer responds in first person: honest gut reaction, language audit (vendor-speak vs. buyer-centric), credibility check, and what they'd actually do next
- Cold email reviews also include a Cold Email Standards Check — a pass/fail audit against data-backed best practices from 30M+ email studies
Cost: 2 credits per review. Available on Sales Starter and Pro only.
What is the Messaging Playbook?
A full messaging guide for your product including positioning, value props, and objection responses — generated based on your product context and target personas. The cost is 7–15 credits depending on which sections you generate. Available on Sales Starter and Pro only.
What are the Lead Magnets?
A lead magnet is a free, high-value piece of content you offer to a prospect — designed to earn their attention and open a conversation. In BIA, the Lead Magnet Engine generates these assets for you, personalized to a specific buyer persona and your product.
Four formats are available in the Outbound hub: Cheat Sheet (3 credits), Playbook (5 credits), Scorecard (7 credits), and Benchmark Report (15 credits). Available on Sales Starter and Pro only.
What are the Ask features?
The Ask hub has three sub-features for research-backed buyer coaching:
- Ask the Buyer — pre-call coaching on a buyer's mindset and likely reactions (2 credits per query; Starter/Pro only)
- Ask the Committee — buying committee strategy for a specific deal, including who has influence, likely objections by role, and how to arm your champion (2 credits per query; Starter/Pro only)
- Ask the Expert — general sales and positioning expertise queries (2 credits per query; all plans including Trial)
What are Persona Podcasts?
Podcast-style multi-speaker audio generated from a Buyer Intel session or Messaging Playbook. Unlock for 10 credits per session. Audio is generated using Google Gemini TTS.

Every feature uses credits from your monthly balance. Your balance resets each billing period.

Is there a first-month bonus?
Yes. New paid subscribers receive a 50% credit bonus in their first billing month. For example, Sales Starter subscribers get an extra 40 credits their first month — for a total of 120 credits.
Known Issues
The credit balance isn't visible on some screens.
The credit bar is not yet shown on all views (including chat, briefing, and clarifying screens). This is a known issue. Your balance is always accurate, and you can view it anytime from your account menu.
