By accessing or using Buyer Intel Accelerator at getbuyerintel.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Buyer Intel Accelerator is an AI-powered B2B sales and marketing training platform. The Service provides:
The Service is operated by AI-IQ Systems, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
To use the Service, you must create an account via email/password or Google OAuth. You agree to:
One account per person. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or trial restrictions.
Access to features is governed by a credit-based system. Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan tier. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month.
Current plan tiers and credit allocations are described on our pricing page. Credit costs per feature are displayed inline throughout the application before any action is taken.
Credit enforcement states: Active (normal use) → Warning (credits reach zero; first overage not yet used) → Overage (negative balance permitted; up to 2 overages per year) → Blocked (overage limit reached or negative balance floor exceeded; no further usage until monthly reset).
Purchased credit top-up packs are not subject to monthly expiry and do not reset at billing cycle renewal. All other unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not carry over.
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs or plan allocations with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via email and displayed in-app.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and manage your billing settings, or contact us at support@getbuyerintel.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to:
The Service uses large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) and image generation (Google Gemini) to produce content. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the licenses described in Section 8.
Your content: You retain all rights to content you input into the Service (product descriptions, uploaded documents, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated outputs: Content generated by the Service on your behalf (emails, slide decks, infographics, playbooks, etc.) is yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell AI-generated outputs as standalone products or templates.
Our property: The Buyer Intel Accelerator platform, including its AI prompts, persona research, models, algorithms, branding, and underlying technology, remains our exclusive property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI-IQ Systems, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a harmful way.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Saved content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. Any outstanding subscription credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or prepaid subscription fees, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or service disruptions by third-party AI providers (including Anthropic and Google), cloud infrastructure failures, internet or network disruptions, acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service and will communicate status updates where practicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
