01 Free Trials

Buyer Intel Accelerator offers free trial plans (Trial Sales and Trial Marketing) that give you access to core features with a credit allocation before any payment is required. We encourage all new users to start with a free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing to a paid plan.

No payment information is required to activate a trial. One trial per user, enforced per email address.

02 New Subscription Refunds

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription charge.

The 14-day window begins on the date your first payment is processed. Refund requests received after this window will not be honored under this provision.

To request a refund, contact us at support@getbuyerintel.ai with your account email and order confirmation. See Section 6 for full instructions.

03 Subscription Renewal Refunds

If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge date.

To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Your cancellation date is visible in your account billing settings.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be honored. The date of your initial written refund request to support@getbuyerintel.ai is used to determine eligibility.

04 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

05 Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the Service — such as a platform outage, a generation failure that charges credits without producing output, or an authentication error — please contact us at support@getbuyerintel.ai.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore credits, extend your billing period, or issue a refund at our discretion.

06 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@getbuyerintel.ai with the following:

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly at lemonsqueezy.com for billing inquiries.

07 Processing and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank, after the refund is initiated by Lemon Squeezy.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
